We have an excellent team of culinary experts lead by our Creative Director, Former Private Chef for HRH The Prince of Wales, Emma Underwood and supported by our Exec Head Chef David Goodwin who’s vast knowledge of the event business is second to none.
Although Emma has cooked for royalty, A list celebrities and VIPs it is the culinary concepts and menu design where she truly flourishes.
We have the capability to design a menu from any cuisine from around the world and cater it to as many guests as required. Whether it be Silver Served, Fine Dining or Chef’s Table we can design a menu that suits all occasions.
